Services are available across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Northamptonshire.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed following a property survey or detailed consultation.
  • Prices displayed on this website are indicative starting prices and may vary based on property size, complexity, and equipment requirements.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Installation Services

  • All installations are carried out by our certified engineers.
  • You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on the agreed installation date.
  • Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional charges.
  • We will endeavour to complete installations within the agreed timeframe, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

  • All equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (minimum 2 years).
  • Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or third-party interference.

6. Maintenance Plans

  • Maintenance plans are billed monthly at £12/month or annually at £120/year.
  • Plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
  • Annual service visits must be scheduled in advance and are subject to engineer availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budget Security by Haiya shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
  • Any loss arising from a security breach that occurs despite a properly functioning system
  • Damage caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

Our total liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services.

8. Website Use

You agree not to use this website to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

9. Governing Law
